Whole Hearted Kids is solely a mobile service. We endeavour to cater appointments to family needs. Typical appointments may include:
Initial Consultation (e.g. comprehensive assessment, written report and parent feedback)
Individual Therapy Session
Education Setting Consultation (school/kindy/child-care). Involves assessment in context of school environment and discussions with relevant school staff. Written recommendations if appropriate.

Medicare -
We are registered Medicare providers and can provide therapy WITH THE FOLLOWING MEDICARE REBATES:
Chronic Disease Management Plan - This plan can be obtained from your GP and provides funding for a maximum of 5 therapy sessions per calendar year.
Allied Health Medicare Services under the HCWA package - This plan can be obtained from your Paediatrician and provides funding towards a total of 4 sessions for assessment and up to 20 sessions of therapy until your child turns 13.

Private Health Fund REBATES -
Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy services can be rebated under certain private health funds.
Please contact your health fund to obtain details on the rebate the maximum amount you can claim in a calendar year.

National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
The National Disability Insurance Scheme provides funding to support children with developmental delays or a permanent disability.
